Facilitated Microdosing with Psychedelic Mushrooms

COACHING WITH PSYCHEDELICS

When working with psychedelic mushrooms, you are able to connect with a deeper sense of yourself, and more truthfully engage with the world around you because parts of your brain that have learned to go stagnant, begin to wake up. Many people begin to notice connections and syncrinicities to the world around them while participating with mushroom facilitation. Psychedelics allow parts of your brain that don't typically work together to engage (see image below). This allows a deeper sense of awareness and also allows your limiting beliefs to begin to dissolve because what you *thought* was definitive, no longer is.

There is a lot of information coming out about psychedelic facilitation. Before embarking on your journey it is imperative to set an intention for what you would like to specifically explore.

HOW I USE PSYCHEDELICS IN MY COACHING PRACTICE

A lot of people attend clinics, retreats, integration circles, and participate in macrojourney (a large dose leading to full "trip") facilitation. These events can be helpful, but what happens when you return from these events? How do you incorporate the messages you received during your journey into your daily life?

These questions become significant to integration. In my coaching practice, I use microdosing (small doses of mushrooms) specifically because clients are able to incorporate their learning into their daily lives. You don't need to go through a massive journey to experience the shifts you may be seeking. A microdose is enough to get your brain engaged in ways it hasn't been activated before, while being able to participate in your daily routine. There's no need to go away or attend a retreat. You are able to microdose while maintaining your daily life.

I grow, dry, grind, and encapsulate the mushrooms that I use with my clients myself, so I know exactly what the experience will be like and where the mushrooms come from. I use mushrooms rather than other psychedelic agents because I believe in the power of nature. I have this fun little image in my head: The mycelium which grows underground in the forest pops out little mushroom bodies, which looks to me like the collective consciousness which pops out little human bodies. I appreciate the gift mother nature has given us and prefer them over man-made psychedelic agents. Additionally, growing psychedelic mushrooms is a legal activity in my state.

OTHER WAYS TO ENGAGE WITH FACILITATION

Many of my clients have had past experiences with psychedelics which have stuck with them. Some of these experiences were during a guided facilitation and they weren't given a proper debrief following their journey; some of these experiences are from a time in their lives when they were using psychedelics recreationally.

These past events continue to hold information for you!

Extracting and integrating the information from those past events can be done in a single session, and the messages that were sent to you way back then, can still hold significance today. If you're curious about what that looks like, check out this podcast episode where I am facilitated through a past recreational experience.

When we facilitate an old psychedelic experience, we are able to untangle the meaning behind those images, as well as the actions and behaviors that were happening during that time period. A lot of imperative information can still be explored and be used in your life even today.

WHAT CAN CHANGE THROUGH THE PROCESS

When you begin to explore either the past experiences you've had, or if you choose to begin a guided microdosing journey, you will begin to see flaws in the limitations of your current thinking. Ideas will begin to pop out for you that seem to have been laying just under the surface of possibility. By the end of our 12-week journey together, actions will have begun to take shape. You will start doing things that you've been thinking of doing for a long time simply because your brain patterns are no longer rigid. You will break through the limitations of our current mindset to explore things that are truly possible!

So, let me ask:

Where do you wanna go?

What would you like to create?
